  • Peeled potatoes-2.5lbs
  • All-purpose flour-1 cup
  • Onion Salt-1 teaspoon (Optional)
  • Garlic Salt-1teaspoon (Optional)
  • Salt-1 teaspoon
  • Paprika-1 teaspoon
  • Water- ½ cup or as required
  • Seasoning Directions

  • At first slice, the potatoes into the shape of French fries and place it into the cold water. Let it soak into the water for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Take a bowl and mix the flour, onion salt, garlic salt, salt, and paprika. Mix them well by flipping.
  • Now drain off the potato slices and pour it into the mixture. After mixing it well, you can either fry immediately or keep it into the freezer in a zip lock bag.

    • At first, take a pan and make sure the pan is deep enough to hold enough oil. Then add oil as required and preheat the oil until the smoke rises from the oil.
    • Make sure to keep the flame at a depth of ¼” in the bottom of your pan.

    • Before frying, preheat the oven to 400oF.
    • Now, take a metal baking sheet and place a foil piece over the sheet.
    • Keep the potato pieces into a zip lock bag and spray into it using olive oil. Now, mix the oil into pieces by shaking the bag.
    • After coating the fries with oil, spread the fries over the sheet. Dust the fries with your favorite seasoning to taste.
